K & B Transportation WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR Dakota City Nebraska

I used to work for KB transportation and it was the worst experience from beginning to end. I stuck with them so long because i had a family to support. First off, Jake my 1st dispatcher was alright. After Jake left
George, Dean, etc. were my dispatchers and all of a sudden my paychecks were shorter and shorter each week(mind you, im on salary) When I called
to see what was going on with my checks, all they could say is it will be on your tax return (?!?!?!) They would also make me drive over my hours, of course when I got too tired, I had to stop, because I couldnt be responsible for anything that could happen. And when my so-called two day hometime would come up, it always turned out to be a day and a half. This all didnt make sense but I was ok for then.

After I couldn't take it anymore, I finally put in my two weeks notice. I still stayed around another two months, but still advised my two weeks were in effect, just to see if they would get any better as a company. So the day I decided to quit, they wanted me to drive over my hours, and make a delivery from rochelle,IL to detroit, MI. I refused and told them to send me back to dakota city, NE to drop off the truck. They said everything was fine, and nothing would go on my DAC report, but on my DAC report is late deliveries, and short notice quit! And to remind you, I put in my two week notice, and ALWAYS called when load was going to be late, because of a late loading.
