this company will leave violated company policy ( personel contact requested ) on your dac report and would'nt give anyting but vague answers as to why . After realizing this company was'nt at all what i'd been looking ,i put in my 2 weeks notice but was given a load back immediately sayiny they needed the truck . It sure would've been nice to know they were writing fiction on my dac report . Guilty untill proven innocent seems to be the u.s.i.s. and the dac report works . filling out the usis dispute form only wasted weeks of time . From what i've heard a lawyer is the only way to get anywhere with this company . Their logging practices might work in some states but others would take one look at your log book and laugh ! The trucks were suppose to be top notch well mantained , having driven 3 trucks in as many weeks i would disagree . most of the drivers i met were willing to work for anybody they all had minor medical problems and had been unemployed for a while . I think kb knew that most of them would go along with what ever they were told to do worried that they would lose there job . It seems like I've read many reports about bad trucking companys lately and kb is up there with all of them .
