My automobile was repossessed because they said that it did not have insurance on it. The funny thing is whatever holding lot the car maybe be sitting at has my current insurance documents inside the glove compartment. They've put me through hell for the past 3 days and I've been floating around with no answer. I've called the lot and they had no clue and was told to contact their finance department. I called their finance department and also didn't get an answer. The customer service for both the car lot and the finance department is poor. I wasn't being treated like a customer and it seems like they didn't care. When I asked to speak to a manager and for her name I was hung up on when I wasn't even finished talking. So I called the finance department again and was told to go to the lot to get more answers. That's exactly what I did and when I got there it was the same old thing. The manager at the lot said that it was not her fault that I didn't have my current insurance documents on file. I told her it's her job to keep all her customer records updated. For this they assumed I did not have insurance. They did not once asked me to have my insurance company fax them proof of insurance instead they said in order for me to get the car back I would have to pay the full amount of payoff on the vehicle. I believe I am a victim of wrong doing. They did not verify if I had insurance or not and did not notify me that they would tow my car away. I'm very frustrated, angry, upset and more importantly mentally exhausted from the way I've been treated. I've been a loyal customer who's never been late on any payments and they've just lost a customer in me. I'm in the process of contacting a civil litigations attorney to help me sort out this matter. I also advise that no one goes to this car lot cause it's obvious it's not about the customers.

 Why do you have to lie when you know you work for the most crooked car sales company in Texas? Does it help you sleep at night thinking that where you work is a good place when in fact that it is not a good place, its a place full of scams and lies. get a life shaun, better yet leave the dark side and join a reputable company becuase KARZ AUTO SALES is not and will NEVER be!!!

As a former salesman at Karz, this is the most crooked excuse for a car lot I have ever seen. The 299 down is a front, they will tell you they need money added on to the 299 for the taxes, but its all bs. The manager wants to get all he can get out of you. The salesman get paid off off how much they can get off of the down payment. They want to get as much as they can, and they will use any excuse to repo you. I never saw one car get paid off since I worked there. They WILL find your car because they have gps's in AC ducts...which is illegal. I have seen a car get sold for 3000 down and repo'ed the next week because they didnt approve of the insurance company. They will say you need to contact the finance company for any issues, but that is also bs because they ARE the finance company. They have other lots that have the same application form, that are owned by the same guy. As a former employee....DO NOT BUY A CAR from these crooks unless you like paying a down payment for a car to be repossesed in 2 weeks.

 I DID EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER THAT WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY MONEY ORDER FROM HER I DID EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER THAT WE HAVE NO PROOF SHE MAILED IT WE ARE HERE TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS AN WE WOULD HELP THEM BUT WE NEED PROOF OF THE MONEY ORDER THE CUSTOMER FAILED TO BRING PROOF AN TO THIS DAY WE NEVER HAVE RECIEVED ANY MONEY ORDER

SECOND YES WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE THE CUSTOMER WAS YELLING AN CUSSING AN THERE WAS YOUNG KIDS AROUND WE HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEM TO QUIT CUSSING ANTD THE CUSTOMER REFUSED

THIRD I NEVER SAID THESE PEOPLE IN A RACIST FORM IT WAS TOTLY TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT WHEN THE POLICE SHOWED UP HE ASKED WHO WE WHERE COPMPLAINING ABOUT AN POINTED TO THEM AN SAID THESE PEOPLE HERE ARE THE ONES CAUSING A SEEN

WE VALUE EVERY CUSTOMER AN GO FAR AN BEYOND TO HELP ANY CUSTOMER WE CAN I ASKED THE CUSTOMER TO BRING PROOF OF THE MONEY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES THE CUSTOMER NEVER DID ITS JUST LIKE WHEN YOU MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO ANYONE AND THEY DONT RECIEVE ITS NOT THE COMPANYS FAULT THEY DIDNT RECIEVE YOUR PAYMENT WE WOULD HEVE HELPED OUR CUSTOMER IF SHE WOULD HAVE HAD THE MO RECIEPT BUT THE CUSTOMER CHOSE NOT TO DO HER PART AN FIND OUT WHERE HER MO WENT ALL I KNOW FOR SURE WE NEVER RECIEVED IT

Bad Business and Customer Service

My Husband and I bought a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer from these crooks on September 4th, 2012 made my first two payments. I was on my way to make the 3rd payment, to make it more clear i sent them a money order and even read them the money order number and they put it in there system. i called the the next day to see if the got it and they had said no, so i said OK i will call back on Saturday. So when i called back i asked to speak with the manager and i asked if they received my letter and he said no. i then said OK what do i need to do, he said for me to come out there with the money order receipt so he can see that i did send it out. I then told him that i did not have any gas in my car to make if out there and that i need to fine away to take care of it. all he said was OK!. did not tell me what could happen if i did not have this payment by a certain time. So on Sunday as i was leaving my parents house my car was gone, i then called the police and they said it had been repossessed. how very upset and angry i was, so pissed off that if i was to see them that day something was going down.

so my mom, husband, and i went to the lot today (Monday morning) and tried to see what was going on and the manager said that its not in the system to be repossessed so i then asked well why was my car taken and i had told you what the issue was. to make it short i told them they can keep the car because of the mean and nasty attitudes they was giving us and also because they wanted 8 thousand dollars just for me to get my car back. i said PLEASE I DON'T THINK SO!!!!. so the manager got upset because we was not trying to hear what he had to say so he called the police and when he police got there the manager told him. this is why we have a secret car lot where we hold cars, cause THESES PEOPLE. first of all when a white man is talking to a white cop and you say THESE PEOPLE that is a racist act. yes i and a Black woman and i do not like to be compared to other people nor do i like people to slander my name. when my mom tried to defend herself the police told her that she can not tell people what to do, but it you think about it just like the manager had freedom to say what ever he wanted to say so did my mom. she had every right to say what she said. THIS CAR LOT IS FULL OF IT AND I LOOK AT THEM HOW I LOOK AT THE DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT.......... A JOKE!!!!!
