K&B TRANSPORTATION Ripoff! YET ANOTHER DRIVER OF K&B DONE WRONG SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Nebraska

I want to be fair and honest with this report. You tell me if this is legal or not? My husband went to work for K&B he drove a truck back an forth from IA to GA. He didn't have a assigned truck they told him he would have to wait about two months before he got his own truck. Then he would be pulling out of Gainesville,Ga like he was hired for.he worked for them almost 3 weeks before he decided it wasn't the job for him . He waited till his days off to give a notice so he wouldn't be dispatched on a load when he quit. Well he called and gave a notice that he was quitting . He ask them where do you want me to take the truck. He usually took it and dropped it in Athens when he come in and I would pick him up and take him back but, this time they had let him drive it home. Matthew Tipton told him to take it to the Athens terminal and then called back and said have it there by 7:0clock that nite . So not thinking about the paper they make you sign when your hired thats what we did. Putting all the locks and other stuff in the sidebox like he was told. Then when we called about his check they said they told him to bring the truck to IA.

So they had to fly a rider to Athens to get it cost $548.00 Trip to Omaha $75.00 Shuttle $55.00 and orentation pay they gave him took it back $600.00 but never payed him but $350.00 for orentation. Also took out $191.60 for something not sure what. They whited out the check stub amounts so much I don't know what they took from him .

All I know is his check stub was $170.00 and one for $1110.00 but he never got a check.he got a check for $43.70 they said that was 78.5 x $5.15/hr based on minimum wage.But took out another$170.00 for Advances he said he did'nt get.Suta Futa Fica $236.03 reimbursements $72.50 which left the $43.70 but on the other check stubs they also took out taxes from wages he didn't get is that legal? I'm going to the IRS monday and let them check this out for me.
