K&B Transportation they take your paycheck to pick up truck when off on medical S.Sioux City Nebraska

Let me start by saying i never thought K&B was like this. I came home for my time off after being out for 8 weeks. they new of my previous back problems when i hired on 6 and a half yrs ago. On september 28,2007 i delivered a load in vinita park,mo then took my mty to beardstown,il and dropped then bobtailed home to lincoln,il. On my way to Vinita Park,Mo,Ilet dispatch know i was stopping by the house to get my back set by my dr. he said that was fine.

Upon stopping and seeing my dr i completed my run to mo. after unloading in Vinita Park i took my mty to Beardstown drooped it and bobtailed home. While on my time off i continued to be treated by the dr on my back. the dr informed me that he was putting me on medical leave due to the severity of my back problems. Upon him telling me this i had let the company know both by letter from dr and via the telephone. When i called the company to find out what my paycheck was,They informed me my check was on hold.

I was told to call back in a few days and they would let me know if they would send me my check. To make it simple i never got my paycheck. they took all of it to pay for someone to come to my house and pick up the truck. They claimed i abandonded the truck, when it was sitting in front of my house. These people use to care about the drivers and thier families but not any more.All they care about is hauling freight and screwing the guys that do the work for them. It was like pulling teeth to get home on your time off, Then if you have health issues you are screwed.

They will take your last paycheck and charge you for something that is out of your control. To this day i still haven,t receaved my last pay check.they just abandond me like they said i abandoned their truck. If you worked for K&B you all know what im talking about.I busted my butt for these people and got kicked in it at the end. I really dont know how you people sleep at night knowing you rip drivers like me and others off.Someday you will answer for all you have done to every driver that has ever been screwed by K&B.
