Kentucky Fried Chicken , KFC False and misleading Tulsa, OK Louisville, Kentucky

On May 5th I printed the "NOW FAMOUS" coupons for a Free Grilled Dinner Choice, which it took about 30 trys to get them to print. First rule, was the coupon had to be printed on May 5 - 5/6 before 10PM on the sixth and could be used anytime between May 6th and May 19th. 1st rule.

My first attempt at using the coupon was on May 7th at 5PM at a KFC on S. Memorial in Tulsa. They had a sign up that stated "Coupons could only be used between 2PM - 4PM and not on Sundays. 2nd rule.

Went again today at 3:45PM and the same store had a new sign up that stated, they were accepting no more Grilled Chicken coupons due to product not available but they could give a raincheck. I had made 2 trips to this store in the last 2 days and left with nothing but promises...I find it hard to believe the first day I was at their business, the excuse was due to overwhelming demand they would only honor the coupons between 2PM - 4PM. This was obviously to avoid having to honor this coupon both during the lunch hour and dinner hour. 3rd rule.

If KFC miscalculated the response on this, then they are really STUPID since this was nationally advertised on the OPRAH show two days earlier. I find this type of advertising without any forethought incredible. I have been a KFC fan for years, but no more.... False advertising and midleading at it's best.
