Kevin Cheale at Coldwell Banker dangerous, mentally unstable, unprofessional, Kelowna, BC

Kevin Cheale is well known to the RCMP and everybody else (simply google "kevin cheale reviews") as being completely unprofessional and having some major issues.

Kevin Cheale illegally entered our home one evening and began video recording my family on his cellphone and refused to leave until we threatened to call the police on him. As if that was not disturbing enough, Kevin Cheale returned to our home that night at midnight, at which point we did actually call the police on him. This was one of the worst and most dangerous encounters we had with Kevin Cheale amongst several other occasions of him acting out.

For this reason, we strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Kevin Cheale. The RCMP as well as Kevin Cheale's managing broker at Coldwell Banker have been informed of Kevin Cheale's conduct. I seriously wish I had researched all the negative information online about Kevin Cheale before I signed my lease with him. Kevin Cheale is a seriously disturbed individual, he should not be allowed to roam the streets, let alone rent houses; Kevin Cheale should do his poor family a favor and seek some profesional help.
