Kevin Cheale screaming crazy person. Totally unreasonable and scary. Should be in jail. Kelowna BC

This man should not be in a position to deal with the public.  He told us our rent was increasing $1,000.00 a month or we had to move out at the end of our lease.  I told him I checked with the Residential Tenancy Act to see if he is actually able to increase our rent 33% they said no. As there is always fine print in agreements  I was not sure whether he could do this or not so I just questioned him politely. When I questioned him he went completely ballistic.  He telephoned me at my office and yelled at me for 10 minutes straight. He had given a glowing reference to the new home owners we were thinking of moving to and when I questioned him he phoned my new landlords and told them not to rent to me because I was awful.  All because I just questioned the validity of the astronomical rental increase.  The guy is a raving dangerous lunatic.  He upset me so bad that I was actually throwing up. He is sick and dangerous!!!  He was fired from Coldwell and should be fired from Re/Max Kelowna.  Kevin Cheale appears nice at first meet but he is anything but.  Beware he is an unreasonable angry crazy person who should be institutionilized or thrown in jail.
