Kevin Cheale Remax Kelowna Coldwell Banker Un-professional, breaks all laws and rules, whines, pouts, cries, yells, screams, Kelowna British Columbia

This guy is bad, I've unfortunatly had the opportunity to deal with Kevin Cheale in West Kelowna several years ago. I have zero anomosity towards the guy but he is just, simply put , unreasonable.

I have dealt with many men and women througout the course of my life, gang members, christians, athletes ( many play in the N.H.L today ) ect... I have ran upon few people like Kevin Cheale, I can actually count 3 certain people, Kevin being one of them.

It is difficult to describe a gentlemen like Kevin to the general public unless you have encountered these kind of people before.

He is very manipulative, basically, tries to apply the rules to everyone else but fails to follow them himself.There is absolutely zero reasoning or rationaning with Kevin, on any basis, or on any level.  He threatens tenants with the RCMP consistenatly. Any homeowner or tenant who is reading this will know that the RCMP or any police, do not get involed in civil matters...

I fail to see how Kevin is still employed. Unfortunatley, I can not paste the link to the RECBC report which was recently filed on Kevin; if you google his name you will find it. Long story short, seems like he took a damage deposit and put it in his personal account, There seems to also be a long list of fines and courses Mr.Cheale needs to take. This is nothing knew to him however, he keeps contravaing the same behaviours over and over and still manages to be employed.

Kevin Cheale was fired from Coldwell Banker and found himself at Remax. As above states he was found yet again breaking all regulations and fined for it, also required to take courses on real estate.

I must give Kevin a thumbs up though, his name was smeared on google search, so he went ahead and spent the time and money and made sure if you search his name, hes at the top with some good reviews. Good on him, the only thing that was pathetic was that he gave himself top reviews, but again , it's Kevin Cheale, so good on him, at least he is doing something productive rather than being Mr. real estate cop ripping every tenant off, maybe Kevin should get into web design? I don't think his real estate career will last much longer the way he treats people.

Honestly though, if you are a tenant dealing with this idiot now, make arrangement to move and make sure to document his conduct. If you are a owner, looking for a property manager I highly recommened you condsider using someone rather than Mr. Cheale, he will cause you , your tenants, and your property absolutley nothing but head aches.
