I rented a unit from Kevin and the job I moved for was not what I expected so I exercised my right to re-assign my lease since I had more than 6 months left.
Kevin was instantly rude. Demanded I pay a $625 liqudation fee that was not legitamit and WENT OFF on me by email. Then would call. Then would send me a nasty email.
I was so blown away I did not know what to do. My blood would boil and I would have to calm down and not respond to his rude remarks.
Every email he was going to either file a dispute back, or sue me and take me to claims court.
I am still dealing with him. i googled his name .... and jesus I can't believe the revies. All accurate, exactly what I am going through.
I do not understand how he is getting away with this. I am concerned now for my damage deposit and will be going to the office tomorrow.
Unreal. This guy should be committed.

I was.just.looking to contact the person who wrote this report on Kevin Cheale, I am about to rent from him a sighn lease so I've read all the bad reviews I wanted to know a little.more, like an email of him freaking out, uhh why the issues arose.
