Bought the book Oct 05. Was asked if I wanted to subscribe to the newsletter at that time. I declined. I was charged $71.40 in Oct 06 on my charge card. This was not authorised. I can never get through on their phone number. I have left messages but no one ever calls back. I don't know why they continue to debit my card except to comit fraud.
