I got a letter from a debt collector called RJM Acquisitions LLC regarding $125.24 in overdraft fees from Keybank regarding a matter from five years ago. This is the first time since I closed the account five years ago that Ive been contacted. I don't think this was a fair practice on their part and would like to fight this and get it off my credit report.

I settled with Keybank on a class action lawsuit but now Im getting a new bill for the same account that I settled. Is there any way you can help me on this! I would be very grateful.
