Killer MotorSports Bought 4 wheeler & dune buggy. Paid to have them put together. dune buggy worked one day. 4 wheeler fell apart after 1 ride.Called to complain. No answer and when I did talk to someone, they didn't of Fort Worth, Texas

Bought 4 wheeler and dune buggy from Killermotorsports in Fort Worth, TX. Paid extra 400.00 to have them put together. Picked them up. Road 4 wheeler once before back tire fell off because it wasn't tightened. Next the chain fell off due to no bolts being tightened. The clutch fell off. Wouldn't stay running. Dune buggy lights didn't work. Horn worked 1 day. Speaker didn't have charger with it so we could charge it up (still doesn't work) Idle wasn't set properly, kept flooding. Called company and as ususal no one would answer. Left 2 messages for Brandon (so called owner) and never received a call back. Finally called them again and spoke to Wayne. Told him what happened. Not a sorry, not we will fix it, tried to tell me how to fix everything over the phone. Worst service and worst purchase I have made in a long time. No title, no paperwork came with vehicles. Called the company again to ask about titles, etc. Was told by Brandy that I had to go to their website to fill out a MCO request with the vin #. When asked where the vin# was on the vehicles(since I didn't get any paperwork) she informed me she didn't know and I would just have to look for them. Really?? What kind of business are you really running? Rip off business? Hopefully I am wrong, but since you, Brandon, would not return calls or even acknowledge the fact that you were in the wrong, I have to agree with all the other complaints about your company. So glad I did not go ahead and order the 2nd dune buggy from you.
