My wife and I joined Kis golf after they promised that they were in the process of aquiring a golf course in this area. We could justify the cost if we had a place to play free for the rest of our lives. After many complaints they finnally sent us an email stating they had purchased a course. It was a lie. It is my understanding that they have filed for bankruptcy and left everyone in the cold. They used heavy handed talks with us and the owner of kis had a smooth tongue that could talk an eskimo into purchasing a freezer. This company is a total ripoff and run from them if they contact you. My attorney said filing a lawsuit against them would be like fishing in an empty hole. If anyone knows of a classaction suit against them please let me know. I hate to think the crooks at the home office who have embezzeled all of the money will eventually get off scot free. I believe the home office is either in Nashville or Ashland City Tn.

Don't get ripped off again...

In order to not get ripped off again, if any of these lawyers ask for money up front be very..very..careful. Because they may take your money, file the suit but have it basically worthless if they do(or have) filed for Bankruptcy.
If that is an e-mail address of a lawyer you gave, you should also never do business with a lawyer who is using a "free" e-mail address like somename@yahoo.com.

I HAVE ALSO BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. I FOUND A EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONTACTED PARTNERGROUP2008@YAHOO.COM A VALERY BERNARD. I AM GOING TO A MEETING ON DEC. 22 IN NASHVILLE TN. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THE WORD OUT ON A CLASS ACTION SUIT AND THEY WILL HAVE LAYWERS THERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IF ANY ONE KNOWS MORE PEOPLE THAT WERE RIPPED OFF THEY NEED TO GET INTOUCH WITH VALERY AND TRY TO SET UP A MEETING IN YOUR AREA. WE ALL NEED TO GET IN ON THIS MAYBE WE CAN KEEP US FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF. I STILL OWE FOR MY MEMBERSHIP TO WELLS FARGO. I HATE TO PAY FOR SOMTHING I CANT USE.
