Entered a drawing for a golf cart at Concord Mills mall. Got a call, won a 2 night 3 day vacation for just touring the KIS Golf and Country Club location. Had to bring spouse and id, would take less than an hour. We went, enjoyed our time. Husband won a hole in one, so we were promised a 3 night, 4 day cruise as well. THEN the high pressured sales started. MUST do it that night. Knocked $3000 off the price. We waivered, but then decided to spend this kind of monay needed to check out the company further. We declined.

Did NOT receive our free gifts. Have contacted the company and the BBB. Gifts were said to be mailed, never arrived.

Also, know I find out, a credit line was opened in my name by this company. Balance is $0, but they said they had canceled it that evening and did not.

Beware of this company. Profess a Christian company and they "pray every morning before starting their day". Maybe they do, but they do not give what they promise and do not act in a customer oriented fashion.

What else could I do?

I understand you might be frustrated, but I called the company, I contacted the BBB for some help and I emailed Paul, the manager on several occassions. All to be ignored. KIS Golf is aware that I am upset and Paul has done nothing to make the situation right. He said in writing to the BBB that he would mail my gifts to my home. That was over a month ago.

So, the company is aware of the problem and has done nothing to resolve the issue. If you have another idea of how to get my free gifts to me I am open to suggestions.

Otherwise, I want to let potential customers know that the company does not do as they say they will. My comments are factual and honest. I have proof of emails sent and a KIS manager stating he will mail my gifts, which he has not done.

Maybe you can contact the store and get this resolved for me. I will be happy to change my report, if I am given what I was promised. I am a reasonable person. I just expect what I was promised for my time.

wow, the only way to respond to unhappy consumers is to first know they are unhappy. nation wide we see over 3000 potential members each month. we are forever learning news ways to prevent situations like this before they happen. i would like to opolagize for anything that might have upset this consumer. we have over ten thousand members across the nation, it is very hard to make everyone happy, but we will always try. i hope in the future we are notified before comments like the one that was made it broadcast across the internet. i realize that we live in a strange time but right is still right. and malicious attacks are very sad.
