My husband and I entered a drawing at Northlake Mall to win a Golf Cart. Rachel from Kis Golf called me several days later informing me we had won a 2 night three day vacation, along with a dinner gift certificate. All we needed to do was to stop by and pick up the gifts and tour their facilities. Rachel assured me this was no high pressure sales. The purpose of this event was to familarize customers with their new store.

After arriving at the store, it took my husband and I only a few minutes to realize the company got us there under false pretenses. We informed the salesman that we were not interested in any golf packages. We were already there, so we told him we would stay for the presentation to receive our gifts.

The salesman giving the presentation singled my husband and myself out and reprimanded us for talking to each other, before the presentation started. He spoke extremely rudely to us again and told us we could take our gifts and leave. We got up to leave and another salesman refused to give us the gifts, because we did not stay for the whole presentation.

Please be very careful about purchasing anything from this company. We wasted our evening and our gas to make a trip to their store under false pretenses. When they realized we were not going to make a puchase, they became very rude to us and wanted us to leave. I would be very wary of the credibility of any company that treats people this way.
