i've been here 5 years, easily got over 3000 miles a week, and was home weekly. But now i have a new dm that gets me home every 2 or 3 weeks with less than 2k a week. this has been going on for several months and now that i want to speak to someone- there is no one here to help. knight says that they have an open door policy and can speak to them when u need help. i am having trouble getting management to pick up the phone.
their slogan is " we are here to ensure your success". i went from " great job" compliments to "who are u?". if u have a problem with a new dm, no one helps. every dm i've had has been good to me. this new dm has specifically targeted me for harrasment from day one.

Like other poster stated...They are losing a driver that went the extra mile.
That's what their plan is. They are trying to push out all the higher paid drivers.
When I left I was making .375-.44 cpm. Why should they pay me that much when they can pay a newbie .31 cpm to do the same job. Welcome to the world of "big" business, the Mormon way.
