My 17 year old daughter stolen $300 from me and went shopping at Kohls now Kohls is stealing from me by there corporate refund b******* .what kind example can my daughter learn when they won't make it right neither .I will seek legal help and go after my money and other people should too.who do they think they are!! YOUR DAUGHTER STOLE FROM YOU AND YOU HAVE THE BALLS TO BLAME KOHLS??? Sounds like your priorities are quite skewed. Your DAUGHTER needs to take responsibiity for HER ACTIONS!!! NO Attorney with ethics are going to touch this!

It's sad in many ways but this should really be a "no brainer" in what you need to do.

Your daughter needs to be the one to "make it right". Whether that is working off the money she stole from you, selling her posessions and giving you the money, or you filing charges on her and having her butt tossed in jail for a few days.

Khols is under zero obligation to help you in your Domestic Issues.

Oh and this is exactly what any "legal help" is going to tell you as well.
