LADIES WORKOUT EXPRESS TOLD THAT DEATH WAS ONLY WAY TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT... SCAMMED BY OWNER, CRYSTAL... FREE 12 WEEK TRIAL WAS A FRAUD!!!!! SAN LEANDRO California

So as of 12-23-08 I have finished my 12 week trial. From the beginning I was told that I had to come in to workout 3 times a week and do the sauna 2 times a week. However, when I found out about their Christmas schedule, that they would be open only two days that week, I asked the owner how that was going to work because the trial required 3 days a week. She told me that I could make up that day another week....WHAT!!!! It was my understanding (because that's what I was told) that I was only supposed to come for the 3 workouts and 2 saunas a week. Had I known that I could go more, I would have gone everyday (mon-sun) so I could get the hell out of that so-called gym. It also came to my attention that they may not have a permit for their facility and there ARE numerous health code violations including: holes in walls, a lot of exposed wires (in the sauna room), and there is a broken pipe (possible gas line). And their equipment was NEVER cleaned and I question the cleanliness of the sauna as well. It is a very poorly run business and it shows because it is always empty. Oh well, we'll see if in fact my membership is canceled......if not, I'm calling an attorney!!
