Lasership Thieves and scam artists Bristol Pennsylvania

 I ordered an item through Amazon prime costing 70.00 that was supposed to have been delivered by lasership. I had never had any packages delivered by them so I did not know that they were in the business of stealing and lying. My total order was 500.00 but the 70.00 item was set to ship out next day for whatever reason, so I received a notification from Amazon stating lasership would deliver it on a Sunday. I live in an apartment complex with a front office that receives packages Monday -Saturday but not on Sundays so I knew that if it was indeed to be delivered I would probably need to be home to receive it so I cancelled all plans and waited at home . I was home all day and never received a knock on the door or even a door tag to show anyone had attempted delivery but magically I get a text and email notification through Amazon stating it been delivered " to the front door ." Well there are two main doors to my apartment building and they are both monitored by cameras and no delivery was even attempted all day so they marked my package delivered to get paid by Amazon and they kept my 70.00 grill cart! To make matters worse I called Amazon to explain what happened and they told me that I should wait until the next day at 5 pm to see if they deliver it. So at 5 pm the following day I notified Amazon as well as lasership that the package had never been delivered. Amazon issued me a refund and helped me to file a supposed official complaint on lasership but the experience with lasership was as atrocious as their delivery service . I waited on the line for 45 minutes to speak with a representative from lasership (I am guessing due to the large number of others complaining ) and when they finally answered they were the least professional person I have ever encountered. I explained to them what the situation was and he stated that he can have them investigate the delivery but most likely nothing will come of it, and he was completely unapologetic. Naturally I was angered by the blatant theft and deception so I said I can not believe I waited 45 minutes for you to tell me that there is nothing you can do , he replied by calling me a liar and stating that the call que was 5 minutes so I didn't wait that long ! Well at that point I realized I was not going to receive a reasonable conclusion from this person so I asked if they would at least call me back with an update and he said "we don't have time for call backs so you should call and check yourself " and then they hung up. Amazon needs to show lasership that they do not need this headache and drop them or they will continue losing customers . Unfortunately most people that will read this will stumble upon it after also being victims of lasership but I had to add my experience to the stack of complaints on lasership in hopes that Amazon will drop them !
