Lasership Deceptive, lying, thieving crooks Orlando Fl

I am a frequent customer of Amazon Prime and I've often had to deal with Lasership.  Well this time on Black Friday I ordered my daughter some dr dre studio beats headphones on 11/26 expected delivery 11/28 and Lasership stole them directly from underneath myself and Amazon"s noses.  I always track my packages and it just hung there in limbo in Orlando somewhere.  So I waited with the holiday and all, but everything else I ordered came promptly! So I call Amazon and was told to wait one more day which I did, and they had to issue me a refund no info on the package and they were also out of stock on the beats I had ordered.

Called back and complained I now have to pay full price and they did give me a $30 credit only to be spent with them.  Lo and behold the next day I get a text saying my package was on a carrier to be delivered today then a minute later it had been delivered with a signed receipt left at the door?  Really??? I opened the door and it was no where to be found! Called Amazon again to report this blatant lie and they said oh we'll leave feedback wtf??? So I called Lasership and got the they said it was delivered but I'm not going to let them get off that easy 24/hr investigation opened, what??? Just 24/hr???

How in the world can they justify not firing the lame driver and or dispatcher, supervisor?   Just let them get away with thievery?? And I don't care if the poor drivers are underpaid and over worked get a real JOB!!!! The whole d**n lying outfit should be forced to go out of business as they and Amazon has to be aware and just don't care about customer service/satisfaction.  I will never use prime or Renew my membership again. I ended up going to target a true B&M store where I ought to had went in the first place as the beats were only $249 on Black Friday curses and enough said I hope all the people at laser (((redacted))).
