OnTrac LaserShip Concern Regarding Delivery Practices of OnTrac (Formerly LaserShip) Internet

I am writing to express concerns regarding the delivery practices of OnTrac, formerly known as LaserShip. Based on my recent experience and numerous reports online, there appears to be a recurring pattern of issues, including rushed deliveries, failure to follow delivery instructions (such as ringing doorbells), and miscommunication regarding package placement. Specifically, my recent experience involved a package being placed in my mailbox after a delivery photo was taken, leading to confusion and the initial impression that the package was stolen.

I understand that rebranding can be a part of business evolution, but it's important to address past concerns and ensure consistent, reliable service.
