Last Chance Payday Loan Somebody needs to do something about this company Nationwide

I like alot of other people applied for a pay day loan with this company and was enrolled in the id theft protection and was charged $31.98 without my authorization as well, which caused my daughter tuition to be returned.

When i called the company for a refund because I did not request this service, the replied it was not fradulant that I agreed to the service.. I went back to the website to make sure I didn't click anything accepting this service and i didn't. They have it all wrapped up with the payday loan service and in very small print it states if you do not want this id protection the click here. That's not right...Obviously people on that website need money and these vultures are going to rob us without a thought and then not return our money, thats what I call fraud..A class action lawsuite needs to be taken up against these fools!
