About two mo.s ago, I ordered weather stripping for my mustang. A day or so later I realized I need more parts and contacted Laurel Montain Mustang Again. They said they had the parts I needed and would ship them immediatly.
After a few weeks, I called to inquire. "we decided to wait and send them with your other parts that are on back order," they said. I waited approx. 6 more weeks, before receiving most of my parts. Numerous calls to the company not returned, and finally, an explantion! "your parts were returned to us because they were damaged in shipping. we'll refund your credit card." no apolgy, and so far no refund. 2 LOUSY MO.s LATER!!!!

two credits were given
one for 72.00 to his credit card on 5 23 2002 for some used parts he ordered but did not recieve, used parts are sometimes hard. we did have what he wanted but when we went to remove them from the parts car they bent upon removal, this was the only set of mouldings we had to chose from.
one for 10.00 to another order he placed because a weatherstrip was damaged or not in box.
we tried to handle this for him as best we could,
his order was placed on 3 20 2002, he cancelled his used part on 4 28 2002, we credited him back on 5 23 2002.
we do admit this took a long time, but we were sorry for this but whatever we said to him did not matter.
sorry for any inconvience!!!!
we did offer to give him a super deal on anything else he wanted, but that didnt even matter.
