Laurel Mountain Mustang Did not refund money as promised. Ruffsdale Pennsylvania

I ordered a full suspesion kit and disc brake conversion kit for my Mustang from Laurel Mountain Mustang. The Suspension lit was received as expected however the disc brake conversion kit was not.

Kevin stated a three week lead time for the brake kit. I waited three weeks and the kit was not received. I called Laurel Mountain weekly and was completely lied to about the status of the brake kit. Kevin kept telling me it would be there next week, and of course it never came. He had several excuses including, the supplier missing parts and the suppliers fax wasn't working.

6 weeks had passed and I still did not receive my disc brake kit. I finally found out who the supplier was and called them directly. They were very considerate and confirmed that the order was NEVER received from Kevin.

I called Kevin back and he apologized for the error. He stated that he would give me the disc brake kit for cost and credit my account. The credit was never made. I called him several times to ask him about the credit. He will not return any of my phone calls and even if he did, I'm sure he wouldn't man up and credit my account.

I wouldn't buy a washer from Laurel Mountain Mustang, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There's plenty of Mustang Parts Suppliers available.

Of all the purchases I have made throughout the years I have never been lied too like I was by Kevin. Just a complete dishonest person. Every dog gets his day!

Look at the other two posts for the same reason. If there was only one complaint, then I would be skeptical of the report. But when three or more people are complaining about the same thing, it's true.
