OK, these people have tried to collect on a debt that I had paid of "YEARS" ago. I have a letter of proof to send them so I'm hoping I'm all clear, but for those who seems to have trouble contacting them call the toll free number 1-866-444-7826.

It then asks for a control number. i entered 8 random numbers followed by the pound key, it said "we can't find it/wrong number" so i entered "12345678" then pound. It put me right through to an operator.

So I hope this helps you get a hold of these people and tell them to lay off.
