Yesterday I recieved a letter in the mail that I owed Midland Communications $198.45 in a past due bill. Knowing that I never had any MCI Services and had been with my current phone services for several years, and not to mention that the name they had me under I have not used in several years. I called the number on the paper and spoke to a rep and she could not seem to find my account number in the system then she gave me another number to call and they could not find it either.

I showed my wife and she automatically looked the law firm and Midland up on the web and found that they had been involved in many a rip-off scams. I was glad that I found out about these two companies instead of sending them some money like some people have probably done. They should not be allowed to get away this schemes like this.
