I read about this company online (in the Ripoff Report) about two years into my four year lease, so I was concerned when the lease ended. The first month went by without a charge, but now they have started taking the money from my account again. It's truly amazing that no-one has succeeded in stopping this company from ripping everyone off!!!!

What were the terms of End of Lease?

What were the terms of the end of your lease? Did you notify them that you wanted to return/purchase the equipment? If not, your contract probably went into renewal and you owe the money. Read the terms of your lease agreement. Not doing anything about the issue won't make it go away
