Lease Finance Group, LLC Delivered unusable equipment, sold me a $45 monthly payment, but debited $120 each month, I returned the CC processor and they are still trying to collect $3342 Chicago Illinois

I started a janitorial LLC in 2001, I attended an education seminar for increasing sales, and they had a guy pitching mobile Credit Card Processor (CCP). He made a lot of promises that it would pay for itself or I would get my money back, and free trial stuff, said it would be a total cost of $45 per month. I signed the paperwork on the spot, he said he would mail me the contract once the servicer is located? He called a day later and wanted to know if it was ok to charge me $65 per month instead but assured me it would pay for itself, I said ok but I wanted to see the contract and it never arrived.

The CCP came in the mail and did not work, I sent it back, they sent another and it did not work, I think the fourth return I finally was able to process one cc. By then 4 months had passed and they were debiting about $135 per month from my bank account. I said It was not working and I wanted to return it and cancel my policy with them but they refused said I was locked in for 2 years.

Over that time period I was only able to process a Credit card for 5 total sales, because the CCP rarely was within a mobil range to process. I sold out to my partner and he returned the CCP on the 2 year anniversary and the company thereafter reported a charge off to my credit report. The debt Collector for Lease Finance is Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau, they said last year that they could settle for $900 but are now demanding full payment. I have asked for documentation of my contract but no company will produce it.
