The processing company ICON Payment Solutions starts by having you sign the contract and then they mail it to you. You are not given a choice of a machine or company. Lease Finance Group gives you the option to buy the processor but for the full 60 month contractual amount of $80 per month, bringing the total cost of this machine to over $5,000. The same machine is really worth less than $500. There should be options to buy out sooner & not have to do the full 60 months.
There attitude is too bad, you signed the contract and just remind you that it is a non-cancellable lease. They don't leave any business or individual any choice but to file complaints against them for bad business practices.

LFG is from Chicago. What to do? I'll tell you. close your bank accounts. Open new accounts. Get caller ID and not answer any call from LFG. though tempted to yell back. DONT. Go to the attorney general website of Illinois and FTC.gov. File complaints. Think about a local police report against your sales rep. File a complaint to the Chicago BBB. It won't do anything but you want to waste LFG time and resources. They are relentless and won't quit. they are worse than the TERMINATOR. There is a lawyer from San Fran ready to file a class action lawsuit. I have a business called balloon creations from Urbanaillinois. look me up and I will help you with your complaints.....BUT DO IT. THis problem will not go away.....
