Lease Finance Group, LLC LFG Fraudulently took money every month for a lease that ended in 2006. Sioux Falls SD

On 04/10/2002, our company signed a contract with Lease Finance Group. The contract was for 48 months. My husband and I were told that the contract was to lease the credit card machine and after the contract expired that we would own the credit card machine.

We were under the impression that we owned the credit card machine. About six years ago we were called by the company and told that we would receive a free upgrade because the laws had changed for processing credit card transactions. We upgraded through the company.

We switched banks in April of this year and we realized that $70.93 was deducted from our bank account every month and had been since even after our contract had ended. We were told by this company that it was a processing fee only to find out that it was a lease payment for a credit card machine. We stopped payment immediately and received a phone call that we were breaking a contract and that we would be turned in to the credit bureau.

Of course I panicked and we started the deduction once more. I then started inquiring about this so called contract. I had turned the credit card machine in and sent a letter of cancellation to Payment Alliance Group on 03/21/13, which we were told was the original lesser. I was told that the payment would stop once the credit card machine was returned.

April came and the payment did not stop. I called the Payment Alliance and the credit card machine was received and I was told that everything was good. I called LFG and said that the credit card machine was returned and that they were still deducting the money every month. I was told very rudely that I sent their machine to the wrong company and that I could not stop my payment.

I was very upset and distraught. I called Payment Alliance and explained what I was told by LFG and they said that the situation would be checked into and if the credit card machine serial number did not match that I would receive the machine back.

I received the machine on 09/13/13 and I called the company and simply asked for an address to send the machine back and once again was rudely told that the credit card machine did not match their records. I also was given a Lease Contract that did not match the contract they sent to us.This company is the company that upgraded the credit card machine. I told them that they upgraded our machine. They told me to find the original machine or I could not cancel the payment. I told them that I would contact my lawyer if needed because the situation did not make any sense. I can't find what is physically not in my hands. Honestly, I believe that they were sending me on a wild goose chase.

I was very angry knowing that the credit card machine in the box was the machine that they gave me. I said that this was ridiculous and I was told that I could opt a buyout for $399.64. I told the representative that this situation should have never happened and that I was very disappointed in the company. I knew that I was being ripped off and there was no way of finding a machine that I knew did not exist. We added up the payments that had been deducted from our bank since the contract ran out and we lost $5958.00. We are sick from our own lack of knowledge.

Payment Alliance was very cooperative, but Lease Acceptance is a scam company that will do nothing to assist the customers because they are too busy taking money and making the customers think that they have done something wrong. Do not do business with this company!
