LED Outfitters Ordered and received LED lightbar for a fire department vehicle. Power control unit was not functioning properly. Sent item back for repair along with LED modules from another lightbar purchased Great Neck, New York

Our Fire Department ordered 2 LED lightbars from LED Outfitters. They were shipped in a timely manor. When the lightbars were received one of them had several LED modules that were not working and the other was having problems with the control box. Our department contactedLED Outfitters (when they finally answered the phone)and they advised us to ship the parts back and the partswould be replaced. All items were shipped at our expense. None of the items have been returned. We are now stuck with one lightbar that has mutliple missing lights and one lightbar that we can not use because there is no control box. Thanks for ripping off a volunteer fire department!
