This Company shows it shipped this product when in fact they did not but took my money with no problem, I have tried like many others it seems by email, phone and fax with no luck. I have an email from UPS stating that an electronic pickup was may on 03/8/2010 with a due date of 03/12/2010 but nothing ever shipped. I have informed them that on 03/17/2010 payment will be canceled if no responds is given.

the company handles itself in these types of situations. Please feel
free to contact me to get this issue resolved. You were not ripped off
and we are
not out there to rip you off. We deal with many customers every
month, and we want to make sure you are included with the rest of the
happy and satisfied customers. There was probably some sort of
