The Company has repeatedly charged me for Services they never rendered. My First Call was for a Letter to My Bank. Nothing.

My second call was regarding the Loan Modification Process and How It affected the Elderly, Low Income and Minorities and The Lawyer Indicated these people should pay their Mortgage and they were responsible, irregardless Of Loss Of Income and Even in My Having two Heart Attacks a Stroke and The Death Of My Husband. Minorities especially were irresponsible. I reported it and nothing was done.

The third incident  called @ 4:39 pst, 09/17/2012 and was called back several hours later to ask for a letter or pull up a file I needed and The lawyer became agitated and start screaming loudly into my phone, stated :you B**ch" and hung up. I am a Disabled Senior Citizen and Every Month, The Pull close to $60.00 0ut of My Bankaccount and Have rendered no Service at All for the Last 6 months
