Legion Global Motorsports Ignored a cancelled order, shipped, refused to credit shipping charges and re-stocking fees Joliet, Illinois

Within minutes of placing an internet order for two 250cc Quads, I decided to cancel the order after getting negative feedback about this company. This company offers only 12 hours to cancel but fails to provide a valid means of communication to cancel. I left messages within 12 hours to the only accessilbe voice mail. I called the next day (saturday) and no answer, left additional messages not to ship. Called monday morning and spoke to a salesman and the order was cancelled. I called the credit card business to stop any charges. Four days later according to the Bill of Lading the merchandise was shipped. I refused the merchandise and seller decided to charge me 30% restocking fees and shipping charges.

This company has poor business principles and should be shut down. They do not abide to their terms nor they provide a valid means of communication after hours and on weekends.
