I ordered a Go Kart for a Christmas present for my son over the phone after viewing it online. I was told all products came with a 30 day repair/replace warranty. The Go Kart arrived damaged. The tires had been stacked on top of the seats so the seats have holes in them. The rear view mirror is broken. The Kart would not reverse and the reverse cable is broken/disconnected from the drive chain area. The battery strap is broken. I paid $150.00 extra for a residential delivery and the delivery truck was unable to deliver to the house. I called the company and they refused to replace or refund the Kart. They offered to send replacement parts at my expense for shipping but said I would have to pay for labor. This company has many complaints with Ripoff Report and the Better Business Bureau. They also asked me if the box was broken because "this usually doesn't happen". I can see from the number of complaints that it happens a lot. Don't do business with this company and file complaints with the Attorney Generals office as well. Maybe someone will care enough to actually do something.

Six months later, Attorney General a waste of time

I have a throttle cable, according to Legion Global the Go-Kart is now running. Have they thought about the fact that I have to find someone to install it? My seats still have holes. They offered me one red seat to replace the black one saying that they have to order parts from China and they don't know when they can get a black one.

My mirror is still broken, and they put the instruction manual online for me to access. Legion Global lies to the Attorney General saying that they have been trying to call me ALL month when the truth is they called 4 times. I returned their call but each time was told that "Matt" was unavailable. I e-mailed him but received no response.

Now the Attorney General is saying that they aren't going to take any further action. (Waste of government money is what that office is). They say if they get more complaints they MAY look into it again. Are all of you complaining to the Illinois Attorney General?
