Liberty Mutual Andrew French, Claims Specialist fall on the property of Wendys due to unlevel ground. stated insured was not proximate cause London Kentucky

 On 11/30/2015, I had a fall in the parking lot of Wendys Restaurant in Pearl, Ms.  I was due to a rasied grassy area between the parking lot and the drive through.

The fall was caused by this and there was raised sprinkles and loose grass.  I tripped over the sprinkler and fell to the concrete on my knees first then my face causing injury to my right knee and permanent damage to my glasses.

I contacted Wendys and gave a report of the incident and went to the local outpatient clinic.  There I had an xray and was given a brace to wear.  Liberty Mutual contacted me and took a report and requested pictures.  This was given to them.

In the end, I received a letter stating that the company was not the proximate cause of the incident,  I feel this is a rip off.
