liberty tax lied about what they did mt vernon Indiana

did my taxes the i needed to file injured spouse well it is free to file the paper work for injured spouse but they told me i had to do a amend on my taxes so i paid 80 dollars for an amend then couldnt get a hold of them after that  a different buiesness owner called me and she finally got ahold of the owner of the liberty that did my taxes and she told me they didnt do a amend but they filed injured spouse  instead i told her i paid 80 dollars for a amend she said injured spouse for is free ive been messing with these people for 5 months now just to get a refund and copy of my tax form so i can fill it out and send it in oh yeah i didnt have to wait the month and half to file that form even though they told me i had to and then never mailed it in irs says they never got it
