I ordered a bedspread and shams on Nov. 22, 2007. By the end of December I had not received them> I called and was told 3 more weeks.

After those 3 weeks went by with no delivery, I sent an email to customer service and was told 3 more weeks by automated email Linda.

After those 3 weeks went by with no delivery, I sent Linda an email and told her to cancel the order and credit my account. The automated Linda email said she would put it in.

One week later - nothing is cancelled or credited so I began the dispute process with my credit card company.

As a former employee, I can tell you right now it is highly unlikely you will get Elena to give you a refund. File with your credit card company, the better business bureau, and every other complaint website you can find. I worked for Linens 4 You back in September 2007 and still have not been paid my WAGES. It probably isn't going to happen. I got the same runaround I was told to give the customers. Something about loans being signed and something about someone else embezzling funds. I'm sure now that it was all a load of crap. Fight hard for that money do not give up!!!!
