I placed an order for item they claimed and posted as in-stock. I choose ups ground so waited 7 day. I checked the web site an it was still in process but they had charged by credit card on day 2. after 30 day with multiple emails and phone calls to VOICE MAIL ONLY with no call backs we got and email stating OUT OF STOCK un-available. I cancelled order but now 2weeks no Credit back. Impossible to contact VM-email only they don't answer phones AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have contact my credit card company and placed a complaint. I am doing this blog, and every other one I can find and will also attempt BBB but I do not know what state they are in... YET. AVOID LINENS 4 YOU at ALL COSTS YOU WILL BE UN-HAPPY

I contacted the FBI about this company in March of 2008!! And do you think they did something????? NO!!!! I think it's rather odd. If I speed I will a freaking ticket. Now here this chump is running a fraudulent company and ...GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!! Ok..so I am going to call the police debt. in her county and see if they will do something!! She tried not paying me but I eventually got my money! It sickens me to see her keep ripping people off!!! ELENA SANTANA...IT'S TIME YOU SERVE THE SENTENCE FOR YOUR CRIME!!!!

it has been just about 30 days. I contact my CC complany and file an action and complaint. They have to wait 30 days before they can act.
I also filed a complaint with BBB and Florida Attorney General Office... but do not expect either will every act or even reply.
This company is out of Miami ( do DNS(name)LOOKUP you will get address, phone owner name etc.... of course they do not answer the PHONE as this company is a total fake.
After 30 days Linen 4 you customer service replied.... note 30 days is the time frame for CC action. Customer Service stated I need to speak with my Credit Card company as the no longer do business with that merchant. I USED VISA SO THEY DON'T HONOR VISA??!! They state my CC company has to refund me another words they are RIPPING OFF ME and the SYSTEM.

This company is under investigation !! I used to work for Elena Santana and quit because she wasn't paying me and because I caught on to her crooked ways! She has gone through more than 10 top notch employees who refused to work for her because they knew she was being unethical and taking money from honest customers and employees! I can't believe she is actually still in business after what she has done. There have so many complaints against her...yet she is STILL getting away with it!! Keep speaking up!! Any one who is reading this and isn't coming forward....please speak up!! It's the only way we can see justice served and this company finally be shut down for good!!!!!

I've started process with my CC company I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General office of Florida
I am contacting Ebay and any other online ripoff blog to log that this Company IS a FRAUD!!! and will RIP YOU OFF
