Because their website is not clear, it appears as if shipping will be $1.99 or $2.99 PER ORDER. I bought 11 pieces of jewelry - less than 3 ounces. When I went to check out, the shipping and handling was over $32. Of course, I'm not going to pay $32 to ship 3 ounces. I contacted customer services and the rep couldn't even find my order (it was through their $1 auctions). Here was here reply. If you think this company gives a d**n, read on:
I don't however see any orders placed on your account. So, if you are unhappy with the costs, don't purchase the items. Your attachment does not come through to our email address.

Good afternoon, please allow me to begin by apologizing for the reply you previously received from this agent. This is absolutely unacceptable and has been addressed accordingly. Our standard shipping depending on the day is between $1.99 and $2.99 this option would be DHL Global Mail which is delivered by the USPS. (this is for items ordered within the U.S also the standard shipping method for the Rising Auction items is always $2.99 per item) and we also have several other expedited options through UPS. It may have been your default shipping method was incorrect or the incorrect method was chosen in error. Regardless of the error that occurred and/ or how it happened, in no way does it excuse the answer provided. I would be happy to address your account personally and resolve this for you.
