Litton Loan Servicing LP Litton claims missing payment ever after proof! Ripoff Houston Texas

I have had a home loan with Litton for 3 years now. Litton purchased my loan 2 months after it was established.

Litton started saying about a year ago that I missed a payment. I have responded to all allegations towards me with bank statements proving payment was made and accepted by them. When I provide proof, Litton changes the story and gives me a different payment that was missed, again I provide proof it wasn't, and again, Litton does more research and says something different.

30 days ago they started foreclosure on my home and quit accepting my electronic payments. They did all this based on an error on their end. Litton refuses to accept responsibility, and have about 7k worth of attorneys fee's and late fees against me for a payment that was never missed.

I am going to loose my home because these people will not listen to me. They bully me on the phone, they lie to me, and they refuse to admit a mistake if it will cost them one cent.
