LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP RIPOFF TRYING TO COLLECT MORE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS HOUSTON Texas

Litton Loan finally admitted that they had not recorded 2-payments of $663.80 and that they were sending for the proof of payments from Chapter 13 Trustee and they would send me notice under separate cover!My loan 10528310 was paid off June 28,2005 and they told me they were requesting to have a check mailed to me in 5 to 8 business days,and that was 07/01/05 and I have yet to see my $1327.60 and I've sent them letters by USPS Priority mail and even wrote letters to them on their website and now they're saying "they'll investigate the matter and might take up to 60 days! Bull, they expect me to forget that I'm owed my money and that I'll quit asking for my money to pay back the person I got the loan from to keep my home from being foreclosed on! I'll just a poor, defensive widow lady that needs her money!

This morning,07/21/05,I called them personally and talked to a customer service rep and got no satisfaction;so I asked to speak with the Bankruptcy Dept and they claim that it would take 30 days from the date my loan was paid in full. Than,I was told 60 days from date of the payoff! I'm tired of having to ask for something that shouldn't never taken place if they had auditted my account like I asked them to do in March 2005.All I want is my $1327.80 f--- the crap and the run around I want my money now!I shouldn't have to pay a lawyer to get my $1327 back now! I got my home refinanced with a lower rate in June 28,2005 because I felt that they aren't concerned the little woman that they made me have to borrow money to pay them!
