I went into foreclosure after only being 60-days late on my house payment. I filed Chapter 13 bankrupt (the amount owed at this time was 4300.00 with all of their fees included). I got out of bankrupt after being in for 28 months and Litton has added all of these unheard of fee and cost to now their telling me I owe them $11457.13. Where did all the money that was sent to them from the trustee go? I was told that this is all intrest from the $4300.00 owed, inspection fee and lawyer fees, but they will not give me any documentation of these things!
