Litton Loan Cons, Liers, Cheaters, Incompetent Ducks ripoff Houston Texas

Litton Loan Servicing Lp continues to lie and cheat. When I call Litton, I record every conversation just like they do. They have told me on several occasions that they have put a refund check for me in the mail and it has been about a month now and I still haven't received it.

On the same note, I have received various letters from them and have read the postmark date and I have received mail as quick as 3 days later, but a check that they claim they put in the mail almost a month ago as yet to be received. When I play back the tapes that I recorded of them, its hidious. There are so many discrepancies in every person I talk to, I wonder how they stay in business and where they find the people from that they hire.

Those who deal with Litton must be smart and on top of things. To be honest, I think the way they think is if they are dealing with sub-prime customers that we must be dummies. Well, I am very intelligent. I have two Master Degrees. Yes, one of the degrees is in finances and the other in Business Management. Most of the time while they are lying to me I just play dumb as if I'm not in the know, but at the same time I'm recording and documenting for myself and for the law firm I am working with.

The more Litton "-ucks up and feed me lies, the more information I will have and an even greater chance to win the lawsuit. Patience is a vertue and I've learned to be just that.

I am optimistic that Litton will go down and have to pay "Millions" if not "Billions" especially with the law firm I am dealing with. Hopefully they will rot in HELL after its all said and done.

To all of you dealing with Litton aka "Cowards", I suggest you do the same things:

(1)Buy a phone recorder and record all of your conversations with Litton workers.

(2)Keep a journal/diary of the dates, times, persons name,dept., and location of the rep and the nature of the call; whether your problem was resolved or not.

(3)Save everything! Letters you wrote letters received from Litton andeven the envelopes with the postage date.

(4)Try to pay Litton Western Union so they can't lie and say they didn't receive the payment. If not, mail payment certified or with a delivery confirmation to know when and who signed for it.

(5)Make copies and keep copies of everything just in case you consult an attorney or participate in a class action lawsuit. NEVER THROW ANYTHING AWAY AND NEVER BECOME UNORGANIZED WITH YOUR PAPERWORK RELATED TO LITTON!

(6) Never trust any representatives from Litton as if they are actually trying to help you. Anyone who works for Litton has some degree of being foul and incompetent. I honestly can't see anyone working for Litton being honest or even having a heart.

(7)Try to refinance and maintain your credit. Check your credit to see whats going on with it because it seems that Litton tries to trap people into staying with them.

(8)If I forgot to mention anything, be creative and come up with other alternatives. Contact authorities or bring it to the attention of investigative shows like 20/20, 60 minutes, Dateline etc.
