Litton Loan ** CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT-MORTGAGE FRAUD, TAX FRAUD, FEES & ADDITIONAL PMI w/ FIXED RATE--RAISE Houston Texas

Well you all asked for it...here it is. This company has done me the same way. So I continued to search for help and answers. Here it is..A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. (((link redacted)))

I have also gotten another attorney here to represent me against them for the Fraud issues, Tax fraud, additional fees and adding an additional PMI which they thought I wouldn't notice as well as predatory lending.

People look over your mortgage account carefully---go to their website and print off everything before they make changes. Keep your tax papers they are defrauding the IRS as well and dragging us into it. Make sure yours is right. They raised my payment within a month of assuming my mortgage. When I asked why a lady told me they added an additional PMI.

I told her that was illegal and I will report them to the Attorney General. Then I asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me. I called and again asked for a supervisor, a man got on the line and said there was no additional PMI added (LIE NUMBER 1) the change was due to a change in my escrow account because my taxes or Insurance had gone up.

I called my city for my taxes and my insurance company, Neither one has changed. (LIE NUMBER 2) I added up all info and payments in my escrow to compare to what they said I paid. They were off by over 1000.00, hence the additional PMI they added. That's illegal. I tried to make payment to my old mortgage company when they told me they could not take it, that they (SUNTRUST) Had sold it to Litton, I contacted Litton to pay it and couldn't make a payment for 2 months.

Now they have added all kinds of fees and are stating I am behind and are foreclosing on my house Feb 19, 2009. I have turned them into everyone I could for their fraudulent Mortgage practices. (YOU ALL NEED TO DO THE SAME) They make take my House now but I will win in the long run. My attorney is going to try to stop the FORECLOSURE until, this class action and our law suit is complete. (GO OVER YOUR MORTGAGE PEOPLE !! THEY ARE RIPPING US ALL OFF !!)

WE ALL NEED TO CLOSE THE DOORS ON LITTON LOAN AND THEIR FRAUDULENT LEGAL ORGANIZED CRIME PREDATORY LENDING. (What the Hello is that suppose to Mean ?) THE SENATE HAS SANCTIONED LITTON LOAN AS A PREDATORY LENDER, SENATE ALSO STATES THE ARE INVOLVED IN LEGAL ORGANIZED CRIME ! NO WONDER THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH ALL OF THIS...NOT EVEN THE SENATE WILL STEP IN AND STOP THEM !! AMAZING--NOW WE KNOW WHY OUR COUNTRY IS IN A STATE OF PANIC FOR A RECESSION !
