Litton Loan Servicing LP Claimed no payment, when I have proof, added lots of $ for fees that never should have been, 2 years and still won't correct my loan Houston Texas

I have been fighting with litton loan for months now, they bought my loan from there sister company that went under. I explained to them that when I first took out this loan, My first payment was not due until Dec, 1 of 2002. But I thought it would be a good idea to pay ahead of time, just in case something went wrong, I would be ahead.

Well, the 3 payments that I made before the first due date have never been applied to my loan. I have faxed numerous reports to Litton showing proof, I have even sent it in the mail with delivery conformation and signature conformation, they got it alright. but guess what? They claimed they did not get it. I have copies of the front and backs of the checks, the money was taken out of my account, and they refuse to document it!!
This means, I have been charged with late fees and legal fee's since the beginning of this loan in 2002.

For 2 years I have been fighting this, But guess what? It get worse... Litton loan does NOT have an escrow account on my loan, But they decided to pay my taxes for me, awwwww.... How sweet... not for one year, but did it to us again this year. I called screaming that we don't have an escrow account, STOP paying this. Well it didn't help. Now instead of my $535 a month payment I am stuck with a $900 payment because they are making me pay extra for them paying my taxes.

They are also claiming that I am 3 months behind on my mortgage, they filed for forclosure, I'M NOT LATE YOU A******! I'm ahead by 3 months. I can not afford an attorney, I wish I could find someone to help me. I contact the Better Business Bureau in Houston, which haven't helped much, I have contacted my senator, and the Real estate development center... Maybe they can give me advice.

I WARN YOU ALL... LITTON LOAN IS RIPPING ME OFF AND CHARGING THOUSAND OF DOLLARS IN LATE AND LEGAL FEES. BEWARE!! If anyone can help me, please contact me!!!
