Litton Loan has been stealing our money for months!! We are a couple who has never been late or missed any payments EVER!! When our rate adjusted it went up to 9.2%!! Our mortage went up to nearly $2000.00 per month not including taxes and insurance for our 950 sq. foot house!!
We went through the 3 month process to modify our loan, they came back to us and told us we made TOO much money to get the loan modified!! So, we were being proactive and trying to make a change to our loan before it went up even more. In our papers it shows the loan could adjust up to 13%!! We most certainly would not be about to afford a payment at that interest!! So, what are they waiting for??? Stealing our money until we get to the point that we can absolutely not pay for the loan and then take our home???!!!
This company is not willing to help those people who need it, we either make too much money or not enough money....is there anyone who has had their loan modified by Litton Loan to help there current situation??? !! LITTON LOAN IS A COMPANY THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU CAN NOT PAY ANY MORE, THEN THEY WANT TO TAKE EVERYTHING!! THIS IS THE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!! THEY NEED TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE BUSINESS SO NO ONE HAS TO DEAL WITH THEIR LIES AND THEIFT!!

I understand your position. Document everything. Find someone in the mortgage business who can do a forensic loan audit! Im telling everyone about this. They review the terms of your docs and hopefully can uncover some information to help you on your end. Also go to hud.gov and see the information there under predatory lending. Good Luck!
