Bidder Beware!!!!

Absolutely NO Buyer Protection!!! Auction Houses who use Live Auctioneers can basically do what they want and sell you what they want. They can lie about the condition of an item for example and outright refuse you a refund. They do this because there are No Consequenses. I know, I have lost thousands due to auction houses lying about their merchandise while Live Auctioneers turns a blind eye

If the auction house has a problem with you as a buyer, Live Auctioneers offer settings on their website for these auction houses to open up a dispute against you which can be seen buy any auction house that you try to bid with. They also have settings to automatically decline your request to bid if you have a dispute open.

A dispute opened by an auction house can remain open until the auction house takes it down which I have had one open against me by Ames Auctioneers in Van Nuys for several months and they told me they will never take it down even though the item which I could not pay for in time was sold in their very next auction.

These are just a couple examples of how Live Auctioneers is completely One Sided. They are only out for their member auction house. Why, because they make much more money from an auction house than they do a bidder.

Another thing, if you navigate their website, you will see that they do not even have a telephone number listed. This is because they could not handle the buyer/bidder complaints which they do absolutely nothing about.          

I used to be able to pick up the phone and speak with Live Auctioneers Customer service manager Erwin Hungerbuhler but he is not even listed on their website. In fact, no one is. The owners and management are basically hiding while they make millions from auction houses and bidders around the world.

If anyone would like to start a class action lawsuit, I'm game.
