Loan Depot is OCWEN referral for refinancing OCWEN mortgage loans. I've received several notifications in the mail from OCWEN and emails to encourage me to contact Loan Depot to lower interest rate. I never get a call back. At least they should call back if they do not want to earn m business, but then why does OCWEN keep sending me the notifications? I suppose if they can't even call me back it's a red flag about how they handle the loan process.
